Doyel Maitra

Doyel is an award-winning communications director with a unique blend of experience both at agency and in-house, with publicly listed blue-chip companies and start-ups, across different sectors and international markets. Her specialisms are corporate affairs, crisis communications and consumer insight, and she has told the story behind brand transformation programmes at MasterCard, MoneySuperMarket and Hachette UK. Having been the first person of colour to join the Board at Hachette UK, she is passionate about DEI and making careers in comms more accessible to talent from under-represented communities. She has recently joined NatWest as Director of Comms for Retail Banking.
