In 2024, we transformed our corporate advisory capabilities to address the challenges of a rapidly changing market.

We successfully completed two acquisitions to expand our creative capabilities and add deep technology expertise to our advisory offer, while hiring senior experts in specialist fields and developing Trust Analytics, a new way to measure, diagnose and improve trust in organisations. We made this record investment, while redesigning both our Capital Markets and Financial Services teams to reflect changing client needs. As a result, we enjoyed our most successful year to date, delivering both organic growth, improved client quality and retention. This allowed us to increase our commitments to our people and the planet.
