November 2022 through to November 2023 was a phenomenal period for Field Consulting. This period saw 48% growth in fee income and profit margins hit levels over 25%.

Client satisfaction and retention was high, and we delivered organic growth across 50% of our clients, with 12 new client wins across all our core sectors specialisms of energy, transport and the built environment. Wins included train operator Northern Trains and First Rail, trade body the Carbon Capture and Storage Association, and global nuclear developer GE Hitachi. We put staff at the centre of our agency and have a happy and well supported team, growing headcount by over 20%. Field has also striven to innovate and develop new services for clients including the launch of our dedicated research offer, delivering 9 separate research projects for new and existing clients, which involved 15 stakeholder interviews, 32 focus groups across the country, and 5 quantitative polls.
