Lansons Team Farner

Lansons Team Farner

2024 has been a year of growth, grit, and game-changing decisions. In a market that is contracting and consolidating, we’ve had a record year - securing the best income for Lansons in our 35-year history. That income drove a margin of nearly 20%, which we achieved while continuing to invest in our business, securing new talent, diversifying our client base and becoming more international in our outlook.

In our work, we took on the noteworthy and the knotty, delivering standout work for organisations, governments and associations, at the centre of some high-profile challenges, and national conversations. We’ve pushed forward with our commitments to people and place, and in 2024, 71% of our management team was female, we had no gender pay gap (-2%), we increased representation of global majority colleagues at every level, and we celebrated 14 years as a carbon-neutral company - on target to achieve a net-positive position by 2035. In our fast-paced industry where burnout and turnover are common, we also defied industry norms – our churn rate was only 13%, two-thirds of our people had been with us five years or more, and 23% earned promotions in the last 12 months. Since formation, our business has always been underpinned by strong values, and whilst of course, there is always more to do - being an ethical employer is not new to how we operate - proving that business success and good ethics go hand-in-hand.
