November 2023 through to November 2024 was a record period for WA. This saw WA achieve 30% revenue growth, attract specialist new hires, add to its expert advisory board and introduce new specialisms.

Our client satisfaction and retention were high, winning 26 new clients and further enhancing work with existing clients. We built out our new Healthcare Communications and Digital offers, and expanded our advisory board welcoming former Labour spAd Jennifer Gerber as Senior Political Adviser ensuring our clients were prepared for an incoming Labour Government. We continued to put our people first, promoting more than a quarter of our team, implementing an all staff pay rise, as well as expanding our training and mental health support programmes – all this while growing our headcount by 10% by attracting top talent.
