Rebecca has two decades of experience in advising boards, executive committees and corporate affairs teams on reputation to build trust simultaneously across diverse stakeholder groups, including employees, customers, NGOs and investors. In addition to her time in consultancy, Rebecca has also spent time in-house on long-term senior secondments.  She has a track record in helping clients to define and campaigns on winning strategic positions for their organisation, from strategy resets to employer brand, sustainability to change and transformation, encompassing employee engagement and internal communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate, financial and consumer communications.
