Rebecca Reilly

Rebecca Reilly is Group Director of Corporate Affairs for J Sainsbury PLC. Rebecca's remit covers external communications and public affairs as well as internal communications and engagement for the 150,000 colleagues across the business. The Group includes Sainsbury's, Argos, Nectar, Tu Clothing, habitat and Sainsbury's Bank. Prior to this, Rebecca was Director of Communications and Director of Corporate Communications. Before joining Sainsbury's, Rebecca was one of four Directors at public affairs consultancy Open Road who ran and grew the business before selling it to leading reputation consultancy Blue Rubicon (now Teneo) in 2014. Before that, Rebecca worked in the corporate communications practice at freuds for five years and Weber Shandwick before that. Rebecca studied Modern Languages (German and Spanish) at Cambridge University.
